Jake Sanders is a veteran of Skip Barber driving schools as well as the NASA HPDE program. He received his time trial license in 2022 and his wheel to wheel license in 2023. In spring of 2023 he competed in the One Lap of America rally and intends to compete again in 2024. Sanders grew up on a steady diet of Speed Racer, Pole Position, and Mario Kart. His favorite racing movie is Rush.
Sanders started Circuit Jerk Racing in 2024 in support of his and others racing efforts and is proud to be sponsored by Shaviv by Vargus hand deburring tools and Jokari Global.
Regarding the Late Entry Motorsports Rush Mid-America Series, Sanders says, “I’m so excited to be racing the Rush SR platform in 2024. There are some really great people/drivers involved in the series and I believe this inaugural year will be one to remember!”
Sanders lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife, Megan, his four daughters, and his dogs Lando and Tinkerbell.
