Running a fleet of 20 cars we have proactivley removed and inspected our CV joints to determine wear.  Over this lengthy process we have learned why the CV's fail and how to greatly prolong the life.  At this time we have many cars over 2500 miles on the original CV's which have never been serviced!

After tens of thousands of miles we have developed a combination of bolts and hardware to prevent loosening of the axle flange to CV's.  Kit includes 12 point socket to fit the inner joints just perfectly. In addition we utilize steel band clamps for the boots with stainless vent tubes to help keep the grease inside the joint where it belongs.

The chain used by Rush is VERY strong and reliable.  Regular maintenance and caution will provide 20 hours of service life when .  At Late Entry we have sourced a chain that is over 10% stronger by using stronger pins, barrels and plate.  Additionally you cantake the guess work out of building your own chain.  The most difficult part is to press the master link for with 95% of the failures take place.  Late Entry has developed SOP's to link a chain to the very tight manufactures specifications. 

The factory Suzuki injectors have a larger tolerance than is recommended for motorsports.  Commonly we find 2%-4% variance which leads to a high variation in individual cylinder AFR's.  After rebuilding using motorsports grade seals and screens we balance the injectors for no greater than 0.5% difference.

Includes a new Factory Suzuki oil pump, gear, snap ring & gasket.  Increased oil pump flow/pressure by 8%

Allows for an alarm if the system develops a leak before overheating.  Also very useful in health diagnostics.

Mechanical Gauges can drift over time, digital measurements are more accurate and can be data logged in the AIM system.

This kit includes all the items need to install your Catalyst in an open cockpit vehicle.  Designed on Rush using a custom camera housing and Garmin accessories it can now be used for most open applications. 

Having difficulty getting in and out of the car, install a step on the side body which will allow you to gain easy entry and exit.  Made of high quality aluminum and tied into the crash bars for solid footing.  

Relocating the oil pressure transducer will dramatically increase the service life. Pressure sensors like these fail due to vibration and at nearly 12,000 RPM the vibration is extensive.  Moving the unit from the engine and isolating it from the vibration on the frame will extend the life nearly indefinitely.

Flight Cockpit style hoop switch guards to prevent accidental turning off the car while driving.

Available from 1" to 4", each one is custom made to fit the compact Rush steering wheel.

Available in the popular fish shape or round.  Note round versions available to fit in the location of the OEM SRX high downforce splitter.
